1. Acceptance of these terms
By accessing this website, booking a call, or enrolling in any programme offered by Shohaib Ahmed, trading as the Halal High-Ticket Sales Academy ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use this website or our services.
2. Who can use our services
Our services are intended for adults aged 18 or over. By booking a call or enrolling, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that you are legally entitled to seek and undertake remote work in your jurisdiction.
3. The fit call
The call you book through this website is a free, no-obligation conversation to assess whether our training programme is a good fit for your situation. Booking a call does not commit you to enrolling in the programme, and does not create any binding agreement between us beyond attending that call.
4. Enrolment and payment
If you choose to enrol in the programme following your call, a separate enrolment agreement setting out the price, payment terms, and specific inclusions will apply. Prices are confirmed on your call and may vary by path and circumstances. Payments are processed securely by our third-party payment provider.
5. No earnings guarantees
Testimonials and case studies shared on this website reflect the individual experiences of specific students and are not typical, guaranteed, or promised outcomes. Results depend on factors outside our control, including your own effort, consistency, market conditions, and the hiring decisions of third-party companies. 6. The Hired-or-Refunded pledge
Where offered, our Hired-or-Refunded pledge is subject to the specific conditions set out in your individual enrolment agreement, including completion of required coursework, attendance, and active participation in the recruitment process. Full terms of the pledge will be provided in writing before you enrol.
7. Recruitment network and third-party roles
Introductions to companies and hiring managers through our recruitment network are made in good faith but do not guarantee an offer of work. Any role, commission structure, or working arrangement offered by a third-party company is between you and that company, and we are not a party to, and accept no liability for, that arrangement.
8. Intellectual property
All course materials, videos, documents, and website content are the intellectual property of Shohaib Ahmed / the Halal High-Ticket Sales Academy, unless otherwise stated. You may use materials provided to you for your own personal learning, but you may not reproduce, resell, or redistribute them without our written permission.
9. Cancellations and refunds
Cancellation and refund terms for the paid programme, including any cooling-off period and the conditions of the Hired-or-Refunded pledge, are set out in your enrolment agreement. To reschedule or cancel a free fit call, please use the link in your confirmation message or contact us directly.
10. Acceptable use
You agree not to use this website or our services for any unlawful purpose, to misrepresent your identity, or to interfere with the proper working of the website, our booking systems, or communications.
11. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of this website or participation in a call or programme, including loss of income or business opportunity. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under UK law, such as liability for fraud or death or personal injury caused by negligence.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

We may update these terms from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of our website or services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
