No Surprises On The Call
Two parts.
A placement fee when your rep goes live. That covers the months of training that happened before you ever met them.
A monthly management fee while we manage that rep. That covers the scorecards, the call reviews, the coaching and the bench cover behind the seat.
No percentage of your sales. We do not want a cut of your business. A percentage model means we make more when you scale, without doing more, and that is not a partnership. It is a tax.
And when you want to bring the rep fully in house, you can. We will help you do it properly.

If your rep is not hitting the KPI we agree together within 90 days of going live, we replace them from the bench. No second placement fee.

Do you take a percentage of sales?

Why not just hire a closer myself?
You can. Here is the real cost. Writing the advert, sifting the applications, interviewing, onboarding, sixty days of ramp, the leads they burn while learning, and roughly a fifty percent chance they leave inside a year. Most owners have done this three or four times before they call us.
I got burned by a closing agency before. Why is this different?
Because we do not fish from the same pond they did. They found someone available and sent them to you. Available usually means unplaced, and unplaced usually means untested. Our reps are trained by us before you ever hear their name.
What close rate should I expect?
It depends on your offer, your lead quality and your price point. On a warm booked call with a proven offer above £3,000, we work towards 20 to 30 percent. We will give you a realistic number for your specific situation on the call, and if we think your setup will not support it, we will say so.
Do I need to provide the leads?
Yes. We supply and manage the sales talent. If your appointment volume is too low to keep a rep busy, we will tell you on the call and point you at the fix before you spend anything.
What do I need to prepare before we start?
Your offer breakdown, your pricing, your objection list, your CRM access and around ten recorded calls if you have them. We handle the rest.
How quickly can you get someone live?
Usually 21 to 30 days from signature to first live call. Most of that is offer immersion, and that is the part that saves you two months later.
When will I see results?
Expect the first closes inside the first month. Expect stable performance by month two or three. Anyone promising you numbers in week one is guessing.
How do I know these reps are any good?
Because we trained them, watched them for months, and scored them before we offered them to you. We can show you their training record and their call scores before you commit.
Will they represent my brand properly?

Will you lock me into a long contract?

What is your capacity?

What if I am not ready yet?
